2008 NCAH Annual Training Institute Series

Making Creative Connections

We know from our own experience—both personally and professionally—that creativity begets change and change begets creativity. This year NC Arts for Health is changing the format of our Training Institute to focus on your experience and expertise with using the creative arts in your work. In addition, we offer an opportunity for you to take a self-care day in beautiful surroundings while immersing yourself in a unique art exploration.

NCAH has launched a major research study to collect data on the use of arts in healing practices and environments across the state of North Carolina. Once collected and analyzed, the data will be valuable to you for a myriad of uses, but most especially in connection with creating, developing, funding, and evaluating arts in health programming.

We invite your participation in a series of morning focus groups and encourage you to stay and make creative connections in the state’s premier art venues.

Click here for the registration form to print and mail in.

We have a new additional opportunity for you to make creative connections in Asheville on June 4th. See below.
